wise wanderers travel through the world in search
of answers to the final questions of life. A star shows them the
way to a mysterious pelican, who promises answers to all questions.
their journey by the light of a star, the three wanderers are confronted
with the shadows of human history: suppression, violence, racism,
genocide, totalitarianism, poverty and sickness.
the same time, however, they meet people who don‘t allow the
cruelty of the world to overcome them. Hope fills their hearts,
a hope that is strong, stronger than the fear of death.
invincible hope derives from Jesus Christ, the Divine Pelican, who
didn‘t preserve his life, but sacrificed it for his friends.
is no greater Love than that of one who gives his life up for his
friends (John 15,13)
